About us
Buying an RV should be the easy part
We started Caravan AVM because shopping for an RV had become the worst part of owning one — opaque pricing, weekend-long lot visits and a fee sheet that appeared at the end.
Our story
Built by people who camp
The RV business ran the same way for forty years: a lot, a salesperson, a sticker price nobody expected you to pay, and a finance office where the real numbers appeared. It worked for dealers. It did not work for the family trying to get on the road by spring.
We built Caravan AVM around a simpler idea — put every unit online with real photographs, the complete spec sheet and one price that does not move. No finance office, no back-end products, and delivery that brings the RV to your driveway instead of making you drive across three states to collect it.
Today we carry 5,221 new and used RVs from 79 manufacturers, and deliver to all fifty states. The team behind it camps most weekends, which is the main reason we are unreasonable about inspection standards.

What we hold to
Four things we do not compromise on
One honest price
The number on the listing is the number you pay. No dealer prep, no documentation fee, no four-hour negotiation to arrive at what the RV was always worth.
Show everything
Real photographs of the actual unit, the full manufacturer spec sheet, and the inspection findings — including what we did not fix.
Stand behind it
Multi-point inspection before shipping, a 7-day window to raise anything undisclosed, and a service network to call afterwards.
Sell the right RV
A specialist who talks you out of a unit that will not fit your truck is doing their job. We would rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong thing.

How we are set up
An online dealer, not a lot
We hold inventory at partner facilities across the country rather than on one expensive piece of retail real estate. That is why our prices are what they are — you are not paying for a showroom you will visit once.
Every unit is inspected at its holding facility before it ships, by technicians who do nothing else. Our specialists work by phone and email, so you get someone who knows the inventory rather than whoever happened to be free on the lot.
Head office is in Elkhart, IN — the middle of the American RV manufacturing industry, which is exactly where you want to be when you need a warranty part in a hurry.
