Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii route through specialist carriers and take longer, and we quote them individually before you pay anything.

We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories. Delivery must be to a street address with adequate access for a transport rig; we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping is quoted by distance and unit size, generally in the range of $2.50–$4.50 per mile. Drivable motorhomes are usually driven or towed by a single operator and price differently from towables that need a truck and permits.

Your exact figure is calculated from your delivery ZIP and shown to you in writing before any balance is paid. It is the only charge we add to the listed price of the RV. Applicable tax, title, licence and registration are set by your state, not by us.

Oversized units — over 13 ft 6 in tall, over 8 ft 6 in wide, or requiring escort vehicles — may carry a permit surcharge. We tell you before you commit if that applies.

Typical timeline from cleared payment to arrival is 7–14 business days: 1–3 days for final inspection and prep, then 5–11 days in transit depending on distance and carrier availability.

Long-haul routes, winter weather, and remote destinations can extend this. We keep you updated and give you a firm two-hour delivery window once the driver is assigned.

The driver calls ahead and arrives within the agreed window. You or an authorised adult over 18 must be present with photo ID.

Make sure there is space for the rig to manoeuvre and unload — a wide, level area clear of low branches and overhead cables. If the driver cannot safely access your address, we arrange a nearby meeting point at no extra charge.

You walk the unit with the driver, note anything on the delivery acceptance form, and sign. Take your time; this is the moment to raise anything you are unsure about.

Every carrier we use is licensed, bonded and carries cargo insurance covering the full value of your RV in transit. Risk of loss remains with us until you sign the delivery acceptance form.

Any transit damage must be recorded on the delivery paperwork at the time of arrival. We manage the claim from there at no cost to you.

You can collect in person instead of paying for delivery. Choose local pickup at checkout and we confirm the holding location and available appointment times.

Bring photo ID matching the order and proof of insurance for the unit. For towables, bring a correctly rated tow vehicle and hitch — we will not release a unit to an inadequately equipped vehicle.

If nobody is available at the agreed window and the driver cannot complete delivery, a redelivery charge applies at the carrier’s rate. We always try to reach you before that happens.

If you refuse delivery without a documented material defect, the return transport cost is deducted from your refund.
