Payment & Billing Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for reservation deposits, and ACH bank transfer or wire for balances. Every sale is a cash sale — we do not offer financing.

We never accept gift cards, cryptocurrency, cash-transfer apps or money orders. If anyone claiming to represent Caravan AVM asks you to pay by those methods, it is fraud — stop and call us on the number published on this site.

Card details are collected only through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor via a secure link we email you. They are never entered into a form on this website and are never stored on our servers or seen by our staff.

All pages are served over TLS. Our processor is responsible for card data storage and tokenisation under its own PCI certification.

Placing a reservation request does not charge you. We first confirm the unit is available and send your itemised quote.

Your refundable deposit is then authorised and captured — normally within one business hour of you approving the quote. The deposit is 10% of the unit price, with a $500 minimum and a $5,000 maximum per unit.

The balance is due only after you approve the final delivery date, by bank transfer or wire.

All prices are in US dollars and cover the RV as described and photographed. We charge no dealer prep, documentation or destination fees.

Additional costs are: location-based shipping (quoted before payment), and any sales tax, title, licence and registration your state requires. These are itemised before you pay.

Inventory and pricing change daily. A price is binding only once it appears on your written quote. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and will always offer a full refund rather than hold you to a mistake.

Caravan AVM does not offer, arrange, broker or refer financing of any kind, and we receive no commission or fee from any lender. Every purchase is a cash sale settled by bank transfer or wire.

You are of course free to borrow independently. Many buyers arrange a loan with their own bank or credit union and then pay us as a cash buyer — we will supply the invoice, VIN and full specification your lender asks for. That arrangement is strictly between you and your lender.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a credit advertisement, or an inducement to borrow.

Sales tax, title, licence and registration are governed by the state where the RV will be registered, not where it ships from. We collect and remit where required and provide the paperwork you need where we are not the collecting party.

Title documents are mailed separately after delivery and typically arrive within 30 days.

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at support@caravan-avm.com — we resolve most issues within a business day, which is faster than any dispute process.

We respond to all card disputes with full documentation including your order record, communications, the inspection report and signed delivery acceptance form.
