Questions

Delivery FAQs

+1 (888) 626-7576

How much does delivery cost?

It is quoted by distance and unit size, generally $2.50–$4.50 per mile. Towables and drivable motorhomes price differently. The exact figure appears on your written quote before you pay anything — it is the only charge we add to the listed price.

How long will it take?

Typically 7–14 business days from cleared payment: 1–3 days for prep and 5–11 days in transit. Long-haul routes, winter weather and remote destinations can extend that. We keep you posted throughout.

Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, through specialist carriers. Timelines are longer and costs higher, and we quote them individually before you commit to anything.

What if my street cannot take a transport rig?

Tell us in advance. If the driver cannot safely access your address we arrange a nearby meeting point — a large car park or lay-by — at no extra charge.

Is the RV insured while in transit?

Yes. Every carrier we use is licensed, bonded and carries cargo insurance covering the full value of your RV. Risk stays with us until you sign the delivery acceptance form.

Can I pick it up myself?

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout, bring photo ID and proof of insurance, and for towables a correctly rated tow vehicle and hitch.

Do I have to be there?

Yes — you or an authorised adult over 18. The walkthrough and signed acceptance form are how we both confirm the RV arrived as described.

What happens if there is damage in transit?

Note it on the delivery paperwork at the time of arrival and photograph it. We open and manage the carrier claim on your behalf at no cost to you.
