No. We do not offer, arrange or broker financing of any kind. Purchases are settled by bank transfer or wire once you approve the delivery quote. If you want to finance a purchase, arrange it independently with your own bank or credit union and pay us as a cash buyer.

Every unit goes through a multi-point inspection covering roof, seals, appliances, tyres, brakes, electrical and plumbing before it ships. New units carry the full manufacturer warranty; used units list their condition honestly and are photographed as they are.

Yes. Send us photos and details and you will have a real cash offer within 24 hours. Apply it as a trade against your next RV or take the payout — we collect from your driveway either way.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for deposits, and ACH bank transfer or wire for balances. We never accept gift cards, cryptocurrency or cash-transfer apps.

Your refundable reservation deposit is authorised when you check out and captured once we confirm the unit is still available — normally within one business hour. The balance is due only after you approve the final delivery date.

No. The listed price is the price of the RV. The only additions are location-based shipping, plus any tax, title, licence and registration your state requires. All of it is itemised before you pay anything.

Yes. Plenty of buyers arrange a loan independently with their own bank or credit union and then pay us as a cash buyer. We supply the invoice, VIN and specification your lender will ask for. We are not involved in that arrangement and receive nothing from it.

Typically 7–14 business days from cleared payment, depending on distance and carrier availability. Remote locations, Alaska and Hawaii can take longer; we confirm the estimate before you pay.

It is quoted by distance and unit size at checkout, generally $2.50–$4.50 per mile. Towables and drivable motorhomes are priced differently. The exact figure is shown before payment, never after.

Yes — you or an authorised adult must be present to complete the walkthrough and sign the delivery acceptance form. We schedule a two-hour window and the driver calls ahead.

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect from the holding location listed on the unit. Bring photo ID and proof of insurance.

Note it on the delivery acceptance form and contact us within 7 days. Undisclosed material defects are covered by our return policy — we arrange repair, a price adjustment or collection and a full refund.

New RVs carry the manufacturer’s full factory warranty. Used units include a 30-day limited powertrain and systems warranty; extended coverage up to 7 years is available at checkout.
