Privacy Policy

You give us: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and the contents of messages you send. We do not collect income, credit or Social Security information, because we do not offer financing and have no reason to hold it.

We collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location derived from IP.

We store locally in your browser: your cart contents and saved RVs, held in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This never reaches our servers and we cannot read it.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

To respond to enquiries and process reservations and orders; to quote delivery and arrange transport; to provide customer service and warranty support; to detect and prevent fraud; to comply with legal obligations; and to improve the site.

We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Service providers who act on our instructions: payment processors, transport carriers, email delivery, and analytics. Each receives only what it needs.

Government bodies where the law requires, and a successor entity in the event of a merger or sale of the business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site function, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Enquiries are kept for 24 months. Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet tax, title and warranty obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

Exercise any of these by emailing support@caravan-avm.com or using our Do Not Sell or Share form. We respond within 45 days and never discriminate against you for exercising a right.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA; Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah residents have comparable rights under their state laws. The same contact points apply.

All pages are served over TLS. Access to customer records is restricted to staff who need it. Card details are handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant processor and never touch our systems.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
