These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://caravan-avm.com and any purchase made through it. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is operated by Caravan AVM LLC, 4600 Frontage Road, Suite 210, Elkhart, IN 46514.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. Purchases are for delivery within the United States only.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you supply.

We work to keep listings accurate, but specifications, weights, dimensions, floor plans and feature lists are supplied by manufacturers and third-party data providers. Verify anything that matters to your purchase decision before you buy — particularly weights and towing figures.

Inventory is shared across sales channels and a unit may sell before your reservation is confirmed. Where that happens we refund you in full immediately and help you find an equivalent unit.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or description, and to refuse or cancel any order, including after a reservation is placed. Our sole liability in such cases is a full refund.

Placing a reservation is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. A binding contract forms only when we confirm availability and issue your written quote, and you accept it.

Each RV is a single physical unit. Quantities are always one, and a reservation holds the unit for 72 hours.

We do not offer, arrange, broker or refer financing, and we are not a lender or a credit broker. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a credit advertisement.

Listed prices exclude tax, title, licence, registration and delivery. Balances are settled by bank transfer or wire.

Do not use this site to scrape or bulk-copy listings, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or infringe anyone’s rights.

We may suspend access for any user who breaches these terms.

The site design, text, layout and our trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, logos and model names are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

Vehicle photography is supplied by our inventory partners and may not be reused without permission.

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy and any manufacturer warranty, RVs are sold as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost trips, accommodation costs or lost income. Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at support@caravan-avm.com. We resolve the overwhelming majority of disputes informally within a few days.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
